Paul is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor who combines broad technical knowledge with a practical, client-focused approach. With experience spanning building surveying, facilities management and project management, he understands buildings throughout their lifecycle and, importantly, how they need to work for the people and organisations that use them.
Paul has spent most of his 40 year career in Guernsey and the Channel Islands, complemented by experience in the UK. His varied career has included running his own practice, responsibility for the maintenance and repair of the largest Channel Island retail/trading groups diverse commercial property estate, and nine years as senior building surveyor for the States of Guernsey. Since joining Savills in 2017 to set up the Building and Project Consultancy, he has progressed to Director within the expanded team. Approachable and solutions-focused, Paul enjoys working closely with clients and project teams to understand their priorities, resolve property challenges and deliver successful projects.
