Matt has an extensive knowledge of the commercial property market in both the UK and Channel Islands. For the past 14 years, he has advised lending institutions, corporate clients and high net worth individuals in Guernsey. He has a broad range of commercial and residential property experience, spanning sales and lettings, valuation and landlord and tenant matters such as rent reviews and lease renewals.
